Kon Wajiro Retrospective

This is a retrospective exhibition of Kon Wajiro, who is known as the founder of Modernology, a field of study that collected and analyzed changes in the lives of people and the city of Tokyo during its rapid development to form the metropolis in the early Showa era, which had traveled from the Panasonic Shiodome Museum. We designed display cases, display panels, and display tables for different types of materials, as well as studying and designing the layout of the exhibition rooms. Considering the large volume of the venue for the size of the exhibits, we designed the layout in such a way that the experience of the architectural space overlaps with the viewing sequence.
